Pre-approval & Sales Contracts

The typical buyer walks through nine homes, searches eight weeks and moves 18 miles from their previous residence.

Once you find a home, make an offer and finish all negotiations, the contract is ratified. Your lender will require a copy of the original ratified sales contract to include as part of your loan package.

Your ratified contract will include:

The total sales/purchase price you are paying for your home
Any sales concessions made by the seller and yourself
Mortgage conditions to be satisfied prior to closing
Date of closing and occupancy
